No, a Doctors referral is not needed unless you are claiming through WorkCover, CTP insurance, EPC ( Medicare ), or DVA Gold Card.
There is a car park directly outside our rooms accessed via Pound Avenue.
Alternatively, you can park on the Yindela street or Pound avenue. There are no stairs.
Appointment FAQs
Please bring any relevant X-rays, scans or Doctors letters.
For insurance claims, please bring claim number.
Please allow 30-45 minutes for your appointments.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment if you can’t make it.
A cancellation fee may be charged for appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

Yes, we have HICAPS for on-the-spot rebates if you have appropriate extras cover.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos or cash.
Payments are expected on the day of treatment.
