Physiotherapists are University trained health professionals who use a wide range of evidence-based and clinically tested techniques. They consider each patient as a whole, not just as an isolated body part, and treat an extensive range of conditions. Physio’s work closely with GP’s, surgeons and other health professionals to achieve optimal outcomes for their patients.

Our Physios use a ’hands-on’ approach including joint mobilisation, soft tissue massage and release techniques. We also offer exercise and stretch prescription, electrophysical modalities such as ultrasound, hot & cold therapy, ergonomic and postural advice, Clinical Pilates, education and advice. Our exceptionally friendly and caring Physio’s will take the time to listen to your needs and concerns, and, after a thorough assessment, design a custom-made treatment approach striving to reach your goals as quickly as possible.
